What really stood out was the way the techniques were taught. The instructor had a brilliant approach, clear, step-by-step guidance that made even the more intricate movements feel accessible and intuitive. It wasn't just about watching and copying; the teaching style was so thoughtful and engaging that the techniques genuinely stuck. I left not only having practised them, but actually remembering them, which, for a hands-on skill like Gua sha, makes all the difference! The whole experience was uplifting, informative, and so much fun. You could tell that real care and passion had gone into designing the workshop. I felt confident and excited to continue practising at home, which is exactly what a great class should do. If you're even slightly curious about gua sha, do yourself a favour and sign up. This workshop is the real deal, an incredible experience from start to finish!
