Dr Farzana offers a wide range of services to enhance your wellbeing and health.

A medical doctor by profession, gardening is her passion and she understands only too well the benefits of gardening both for wellbeing and physical health.

Dr Farzana teaches gardening classes based on her 20 years of experience as a gardener.

Dr Farzana is also an certified Health and Wellbeing Coach and regularly runs wellbeing sessions as well as one to one coaching.

She started gardening over 20 years ago as a means of stress relief driven by her love of flowers and plants. She soon learnt how to use methods to reduce time, effort and cost whilst enjoying a self care hobby in her own home.

She has taught many how to start gardening from scratch with little cost. As a busy doctor herself, she has learnt to garden with limited time and she wants to share this knowledge with others so that gardening is accessbile to all!

She is passionate about teaching others to garden in their own space making it a pleasure and a joy to enjoy whatever space you have. Be it an average uk garden or a few pots on your windowsill, you can benefit from gardening as a therapy and creative outlet. Grow organic fruit and vegetables at a fraction of the cost compared to buying it.

Dr Farzana believes everyone can grow something for pleasure and have something delicious to eat.
