Green Place Studios is a 1,800 sq ft converted warehouse in Lower Clapton, Hackney — built from the ground up by filmmaker Jay and content creator Annika. Two bookable spaces across two floors, designed for teachers, facilitators and makers.
THE LOFT (900 sq ft) — upstairs, daylight-flooded with large windows and skylights, a 13ft raw plaster feature wall, and mid-century furnishings. Ideal for life drawing, pottery, collage, zine-making, printmaking, ceramics, photography workshops, gentle yoga, and any daytime class where natural light matters.
THE BASEMENT (900 sq ft) — downstairs, raw and industrial with full blackout and built-in sound insulation. Ideal for sound baths, breathwork, gong baths, candle-lit yin, restorative yoga, film-based workshops and supper clubs — anywhere you want mood, privacy and no outside noise.
