The session will begin with a guided meditation, followed by the sound bath featuring the resonant tones of a gong, crystal bowls, and gentle percussions.The gong bath is a very ancient technique known to produce an amazing sense of well-being through the vibration interacting with the water within the body – and our bodies are around 80% water! You can simply relax and allow the sounds to wash over you, helping your brain reach deep levels of relaxation, specifically the Delta brain wave states. These are among the lowest brainwaves in human beings, typically experienced during daydreaming or deep sleep, and they are known to aid relaxation, creativity, and natural healing.
