You will be surprise how much science goes behind making a candle and Rene is very knowledge. She gives all the material that you need and they are well presented. She gave us really good tips and solutions including recipes for sauces that were flexible and useful for so many dishes. She explain the logic of the cooking process without prescribed instructions.
