In this engaging gem-set silver ring making class, you'll dive into the creative world of jewellery making, crafting a stunning sterling silver ring adorned with a bezel-set gemstone that you can proudly wear home.
If you're new to jewellery making, fear not! Our experienced instructor will guide you through each step with patience and expertise, ensuring a fun and enriching experience. You'll learn how to create a simple silver bezel-set ring, make your own bezel setting, set your chosen gemstone securely, and polish your creation to perfection.
Throughout the workshop, you will have access to a variety of materials and tools and gain hands-on experience as follows:
  • How to create a simple silver ring.
  • How to solder.
  • How to fabricate a bezel setting.
  • How to set a cabochon stone.
  • How to add texture to your ring.
  • How to polish your ring.
There will be plenty of gemstones to choose from on the day; however, if you have a particular preference of colour, please email this at least 7 days in advance of the class.
