In this exciting course, you will learn the process of puppet design and then develop the skills to confidently make a beautifully crafted miniature puppet. You will be guided to explore and expand your puppet-making techniques to discover ways of building four-legged animal rod puppets, all in a fantastically portable, pocket-sized scale!
This innovative puppet-making workshop has been created so that both beginners and experienced puppetry practitioners, as well as enthusiasts, can enjoy, learn, or improve their puppet-making skills.
Create a wonderful miniature puppet, guided by an expert in the miniature puppetry field.
You will be working in a fully equipped puppet-making studio with all the resources and materials necessary to bring your design from paper to a finished product!
Learn to make your miniature puppet with Fagner Gastaldon of PuppetSoup, who is the UK's leading specialist in the miniature puppetry world of Teatro Lambe Lambe Puppetry. Fagner is a multi-award-winning puppeteer and theatre maker, teaching puppetry up to postgraduate level at institutions across the UK, including The Royal Central School of Speech and Drama in London.
