• 5/5 from Zainab Habib-Kaj, attended Jul 2026: I took the face painting class purely to explore my own creativity, as I have a young child who will enjoy me practicing on him. Our teacher Jaz was very informative and knew her stuff. She was also really encouraging, even if I didn't think I was doing that well that I'd start charging for face painting right away. You get a lot made available to you (like the book) and the materials seem very high quality. Jaz also spent time helping any of us with our blending and linework, so I definitely recommend taking this class if you're curious or even if you're already face painting and would like to work on something in particular. I do regret not buying the face painting kit available since it's much cheaper and more comprehensive than trying to put together your own kit afterwards (I speak from experience!) - so if you're even considering getting your own materials, just get it from them at the end of the class even if you're just going to use it for practice (it's £60 - I'm now spending more for less stuff unfortunately). Overall, I certainly recommend this class - great time spent and I look forward to practicing and improving my face painting skills / abilities.

So much information was given and had soo much fun learning and practicing. Would definitely 100% recommend for any1 who doesn't know were to start with face painting as this session gave so much guidance on the business side of things and on the actual face painting side of things aswell. • 5/5 from Jackie Lalwani, attended May 2024: Eve our teacher was brilliant (she did focus too much on the business side for my needs -however I was totally in the minority so was prepared to sit & listen). Her teaching skills were excellent, she was really engaging and friendly. It may have helped if she had asked us all to introduce ourselves to each other at the start and explain why we were attending. Just a point. Venue splendid. What a lovely community resource. Wish I lived closer. However it will not put me off doing another one of the face painting courses in the future. For 4 hours it is worth while for me to travel so my answer is yes - totally good value with the size of the class. I was glad there weren't more people there. I liked the teaching method with the practise heads and the schedule was fine with me. 4 hours is the right time for me!
