6 x 2 hours Class size 1 to 6 guests       £120 (PayPal Pay in 3 available)

Life is full of transitions—periods of uncertainty, loss, renewal, and growth. These shifts, whether personal or universal, often challenge us to reimagine our sense of self and purpose. How can we navigate these moments using our inner wisdom and creativity to heal and move forward authentically?
In this 6-week series of 2-hour workshops, we’ll explore how to craft new stories of self-expression, fulfilment, and resilience. Inspired by the cycles of life and the changing seasons, this programme invites participants to reflect, write, and share within a supportive community.
Each session features:
  • Thematic Readings and Discussions: Gain inspiration and insight into the universal experiences of change and renewal.
  • Writing Prompts and Exercises: Create poetry that helps process emotions, reflect on transitions, and envision new possibilities.
  • Shared Reflection: Explore how personal stories can foster healing and self-discovery.
Together, we’ll learn to:
  • Embrace change with a creative and compassionate mindset.
  • Transform challenges into meaningful, empowering narratives.
  • Build a deeper connection to ourselves and the world around us.
This workshop is open to all, whether you’re an experienced writer or completely new to poetry. Join us to discover the healing and transformative power of words and leave with a renewed sense of wellbeing and purpose.
