Learn the fun and creative craft of epoxy resin art in this beginner-friendly jewellery making workshop in Kingston-upon-Thames. I'll guide you through this fascinating activity as you create three unique pieces of your own jewellery.
This is a great opportunity to learn all the essential skills for this beautiful art form.
I will show you how to:
  • Colour resin with an array of pigments, glitters, and additives
  • Pour resin into your chosen moulds
  • Add personal touches, including small keepsakes or photos
  • Finish and polish your pieces for a professional look
You’ll be able to make any combination of three pendants or rings, using all the provided tools and materials. This is a very relaxed session, so please don't worry about the time – your pieces will likely be finished within the workshop, but if needed, I can help you finish and cure them after class.
Feel free to bring along small keepsakes, photos, or tiny mementos to embed in your resin and make your pieces truly personal.
Planning a hen party, birthday, corporate event, or larger group workshop? I can host up to 8 people in my studio, or travel to your chosen venue for larger groups. Just send me a message to discuss your requirements and I'll be happy to create a bespoke workshop for your group.
You will leave with a set of stunning, custom-made resin jewellery, feeling accomplished and inspired by your new artistic skills.
You’re welcome to bring your own drinks and snacks to enjoy during the workshop. And yes, well-behaved pets are welcome too!

Hello! I'm Gökçen Ataman Tanyer, a sculptor originally from Istanbul. In 2020, I was honoured to receive the Sustainable Art Prize, which led to my endorsement as a Global Talent in Fine Arts. Three years ago, I moved to the UK with my family and our senior rescue golden retriever, Pamuk. I've always loved this country and am delighted to now call it home.
I recently opened my studio, The Messy Table, a cosy creative space at Portland Road Studios in the heart of Kingston upon Thames, just around the corner from Kingston Art School.
The Messy Table is all about bringing people together through creativity. I offer a range of hands-on workshops, including tufting, punch needle, polymer clay jewellery, painting, epoxy art, and other seasonal creative experiences.
Looking for something special? I also host bespoke private events for hen parties, birthdays, baby showers, team-building days, family gatherings, and other celebrations. Workshops can be tailored to suit your group, whether you'd like to make jewellery, create artwork, or try another creative activity together.
I can host groups of up to 8 people in my studio or travel to your chosen venue for larger groups. If you have a custom idea in mind, just send me a message and I'd be happy to create a workshop especially for you.
My studio is still very new, so in many ways I feel like I'm learning alongside my participants. Every workshop is relaxed, welcoming, and filled with creativity, conversation, tea, coffee, and sometimes a visit from Pamuk, my 12-year-old rescue golden retriever, who loves being part of the creative atmosphere.
