What an amazing experience! It was so interesting shopping for all the ingredients and then preparing the food together. First a shopping trip in Potobello market, to buy the freshest ingredients available. Then back to a beautiful kitchen to prepare a number of delicious dishes, in a very informal and relaxed way. Everyone got involved. Lovely wines to accompany the day and will definitely attend another event / lesson. Thank you, Claire and team Enrica Rocca

This was one of the best cooking experiences I have ever had. I have been to plenty cooking classes in my time and this one stands out among the rest. I was looking for an experience that would teach me how to be a better host and cook when entertaining and I landed the right class which did exactly that.

What I loved about this school is their quality. We got to cook with the best ingredients available (ones that you cannot find in supermarkets which made this so much more special and interesting) I took heaps of pictures and paid careful attention where to get these ingredients from which has now added another level of value to me.

The space itself is so beautiful. There is a rustic country charm in outdoor garden area which adds to the magic and the kitchen is beautiful and feels homely, warm and welcoming. The crockery and cutlery and so many other details like the flower arrangements all over the kitchen were truly stunning and inspiring.

Probably the best part of all was that the team who were exceptionally attentive and knowledgeable and just really nice friendly people, who took as much time as I needed to fully grasp each recipe. I loved this and they helped me understand why things were done in a particaulr way rather than just being told to do it that way. Very useful and information I will be sharing too with my guests when I host a party. I loved this class and will definitely be visiting again for other classes they offer!

Had a fabulous time here Literally everything was beyond expectations (and these were high), the teachers were truly amazing, kitchen and the venue itself - incredible, every single bridesmaid and the bride to be were raving about the recipes, food and kindness of the teachers. The ingredients were so fresh, honestly loved it all. Thank you to the team for perfectly catering for all the fussy dietary requirements, no one felt like they were being awkward. Thank you so much. I know we will all be recommending to our friends and families xoxo
