We’ll begin the day with an energising morning yoga flow, followed by a light homemade breakfast and a refreshing nature walk to ground and awaken the senses.
Throughout the day, you’ll be guided through joy-centred workshops, including creative practices and meditation, all designed to help you cultivate happiness from within. You’ll also enjoy a nourishing naturopathic vegan lunch, homemade snacks, time to connect with others, and space for personal reflection.
We’ll close the day with a deeply restorative yoga session, leaving you feeling calm, open, and reconnected.
