I've been teaching art for over 20 years and have always been passionate about helping people discover their creativity. I hold a BA (Hons) Degree in Fine Art and specialise in a wide range of artistic media and techniques, from drawing and painting to mixed media and experimental approaches.

My love of art began at an early age and grew into a lifelong career. Throughout my years as both an artist and teacher, I've seen first-hand how creative expression can boost confidence, reduce stress, and bring immense joy. A pivotal moment for me came when I enrolled on an Art Healing course. It opened my eyes to the powerful connection between creativity, wellbeing, and self-expression. I realised I wanted to share not only artistic skills but also the calming, restorative benefits that art can offer in our busy modern world.

My workshops are welcoming, supportive, and focused on enjoyment as much as technique. I incorporate mindfulness practices throughout my sessions, encouraging participants to slow down, be present, and reconnect with themselves through creativity. I believe art should be accessible to everyone, regardless of experience, and I love helping people build confidence in a relaxed, welcoming environment.
