During this workshop, you will go from having little or no experience to having made a truly unique sculpture that is decorated with a chic selection of flowers.

These beautiful clay sculptures are fun and easy to make, making it a fun and accessible activity for all. Once you've created your beautiful base you will then be guided step-by-step as you decorate it with dried flowers.

At the end of the class, you will have a finished floral arrangement and sculpture to call your own. You'll be so amazed at what you have created that you'll want to take it home and admire it forever.

Sophie is a florist based in London with a natural style emphasising movement, form and seasonal plants and flowers. Her style references nature heavily, showing the same respect to foliage as to standout flowers. Sophie has a background in sculpture and fine art which informs a lot of her current practice with flowers.

Having tutored art students in the past Sophie has brought this experience to floristry, creating engaging classes covering the basis of traditional practical techniques fused with her own personal style. Guests will learn important key skills and arrangement theory and then be encouraged to have fun with their own creations :)

Loved this class. The dried flower selection was broad, with a lot of different colours and types. I was also able to choose flowers from those that were on display. I slightly over ran with time trying to think of designs but that was accommodated as well.

Lovely class where we got to explore our creativity. There was only 4 of us in the studio and the instructor was very friendly and informative. She guided us just enough but let us explore things as we wanted to. We both brought home 2 clay sculptures with the dried flower arrangements and they've added wonderful colour to the home

Such a wonderful evening! A beautifully mindful experience creating something that you could take home with you. We were given some instruction but it didn’t take away from the creative aspect of the process. Highly recommend if you’re looking for something different to do.

My friend and I loved Sophie's Ikebana class! She was super friendly and supportive throughout, making sure that everyone at the class had all the materials that they needed, and offered help while giving us space to make our own, unique creations. I would definitely recommend this class, and my little vase now has pride of place on my living room mantelpiece. Thank you!

Sophie is very friendly and great teacher. She’s very skilled at her work. The workshop was unique and a great experience! I really enjoyed it. The class is good for beginners as well, as Sophie helps you at each stage.

The workshop venue is so pretty! It’s full of these wonderful flowers of various types, colours. The ambience helps you gain inspiration for your design and floral arrangements. I loved the store!

I would definitely like to be back here for another workshop with Sophie.
