After training as a sound healing practitioner, I began hosting intimate sessions in London which gradually grew into SoulMeets, a platform I founded for immersive wellness experiences that blend sound healing with creative themes and rituals. Our gatherings weave together elements such as Reiki, flower therapy, tea ceremonies, Rumi poetry, Ayurveda and even playful concepts like sound healing with kittens, creating experiences that feel both restorative and memorable.
What I love most is seeing how people arrive expecting relaxation but leave feeling emotionally moved, creatively inspired, and more connected - to themselves and to each other. This is why I love designing sound bath experiences not just for personal wellbeing, but also for special occasions like birthdays, celebrations and group gatherings that people will remember long after the event ends
