Whether you're planning a team-building event for your work, a community group, or a helpful experience for students, this relaxing live online class is a mindful opportunity that can help a wide range of people.
Immerse yourself in a workshop which explores different styles of meditation and breathwork which can be implemented into your day. Everyone will learn to use these techniques to help reduce anxiety, improve mental clarity, calm and find focus.
This virtual experience includes:
- Why conscious breathing is so important for a healthy life.
- How to create good conscious breathing and exercises.
- How relaxed breathing will calm your mind, prevent and control stress.
- Why breath-holding (sustained breathing) has so many advantages.
- How breathing and breath-holding techniques improve responses to situations.
This body and soul online class had been carefully designed by Sheena, a former ballerina. Sheena's experience as a performer has inspired her and taught her all about unique and creative ways to practice self-care, which has helped her reach her goals as a dancer and choreographer. She wants to now share this with you. The breathwork and meditation techniques she uses helps her perform at her best, and it can help you too!

We create a fun, safe, educational and creative environment where people of all ages can not only connect with each other, but also with their creativity and with the amazing talent we have facilitating our workshops.
Every workshop we hold is an opportunity for everyone to discover a facet of the arts, whether that be through painting, singing, dancing, craftwork, film, acting or music.
Each session is also a chance to support local artists, dancers, musicians, and all the other artistic professionals we are lucky enough to have right here in Melbourne and worldwide.
