Hi, my name is Dianthe and I create handmade luxury candles inspired by the slow pace of life in the Caribbean. I run these workshops to help people meet likeminded, creative Londoners. Being an expat myself, I know how hard it can be to meet friends in London, so this is a way to connect and learn a new skill!‘Yu di tera’ means ‘child of earth’ in Papiamentu, the native language of Curaçao — it refers to the cultural richness of people who made the island their home through centuries of migration. Varied in origin, harmonious in spirit. Our candles are made of 100% vegan soy wax. They’re hand-poured with love in small batches in London. Made to make you feel at home, wherever you are.
