What you'll do
Come along to our CMYK printing course in London, designed for those of you who are looking to add screenprinting to your creative toolkit and gain more in-depth skills! Learn all the tricks and skills you need to start screenprinting independently at a high level -- and walk away with a two-colour print of your own.You must have attended a beginners workshop beforehand or have screenprinting experience to join! You'll have the chance to develop your skills in a relaxed, supportive space. Day one:
- Learn the building blocks of artwork creation, discover techniques and approaches to producing different effects with screenprinting.
- Master the right way to coat, expose, and wash out your screens for printing on the next day.
- Learn all about the different types of inks, how to mix your inks and properly print your first layer, followed by your three layers.
- Then finally you'll learn how to blast out your screens!

What to bring
You must have a laptop with Adobe Photoshop installed in order to take part in this workshop -- you can download a free trial of Photoshop for a week for this course.

Print Club London is a screen printing studio and contemporary online gallery dedicated to nurturing creative talent and the craft of screen printing. Run by husband and wife team Fred and Kate Higginson, the duo work closely with their roster of artists to create a friendly studios full of fun and imagination. The studios offer one day workshops and also studio spaces for resident artists whose work is sold via their online platform. Representing a diverse selection of contemporary artists, cherry-picking some of the UKs best talent ranging from street art to graphic design and illustration.
