  • 5/5 from Rona Jen Salao, attended Oct 2026: It was fun.
  • 3/5 from Elena Kasturi, attended Oct 2026: It was ok, though I would say probably not worth the money - and it was 1 hour, not 2 that was advertised. It was also not so practical, but rather “how to pass a sommelier training exam”. Particularly, it felt exclusionary, and better suited for people who already knew wine and the lingo. When we were asked questions and answered in the wrong way, rather than kindly educating and explaining, it felt like we were looked down upon for not having spent thousands on sommelier schooling (a fact repeated multiple times - as if none of us spent money on education!), and it often felt like we were set up to fail a test we didn’t know we were studying for. I definitely did not want to spend a Friday evening like that and feel really disappointed as I love learning and was looking forward to learn about wine, including what to look out for, some history and pairings more than “red wine for meat and white wine for fish”. Some bites (cheese or bread or crackers) would also have been really nice, given the timing, where many of us arrived directly after a long work day. Nevertheless, the wine choices were decent. I just wished it was more down to earth and practical, with knowledge I can take with me after the session!
  • 5/5 from Louisa Maloney, attended Feb 2026: Jamie was great! Very knowledgeable and a great teacher. A great selection of wines to taste and atmosphere.
  • 4/5 from Philip Mark Hetherington, attended Oct 2025: Overall a good mix of people a friendly personable teacher. The choice of wine was good. Make sure you eat before you go
  • 4/5 from Anonymised ClassBento customer, attended Jun 2024: Lovely venue, very knowledgeable and friendly teacher and generous wine samples (really good quality wines). Only complaint is that there were 24 people which made the class way too big - the teacher didn’t have great control over the group/ circulate around the room so there was a lot of talking over him and people were treating it as a wine tasting more than a course to learn about wine. Not sure that we learnt that much but wouldn’t say that was a fault of the teacher so much as the size of the group being unmanageable.
  • 5/5 from Fadwa Berkati, attended Feb 2024: Attending the wine tasting was an absolute delight for myself and my colleagues. The setting was picturesque, providing a charming ambiance that enhanced our tasting experience. Not only were our questions met with thorough and insightful answers, but the team also graciously accommodated us for additional drinks when we found ourselves with spare time before dinner. Daniel, our host, demonstrated an impressive depth of knowledge about the wines we sampled. His expertise, combined with his friendly demeanor, truly elevated our experience. Thanks to Daniel and the entire team, we had a wonderful time exploring different wines and learning more about the intricacies of each varietal. Overall, it was an unforgettable experience, and we left feeling enriched and eager to return for more tastings in the future.
  • 5/5 from Nadia Davis, attended Nov 2023: Super fun and great teachers. Interesting information with great wine. I really enjoyed that evening was fluid and we could go into tangents where the group was interested
