Regarding the missing spares, we had extra pipettes it was explained to your friend had she notified us we would have brought one over for her to use.

As for the wick sticker, we found it at the end of the class on the floor where she was sitting. We always carry spares, on this occasion we miss counted how many stickers we had (human error)

We do apologise for the oversight of forgetting the labels. We understand that being able to label your candles is an important part of the experience, and we sincerely apologise for not having them available. We appreciate your understanding as we offered to post the labels to you, and we hope this resolved the issue for you.
