Join this baking and decorating cupcake class in London and pick up everything you need to whip up beautiful, delicious cakes at home. Made for beginners, this workshop takes you through each step with warmth and hands-on guidance, so you'll feel right at home from the moment you get started.
You'll cover:
  • Essential ingredients and correct measuring techniques
  • Baking equipment and how to use it properly
  • How to fill cupcakes before baking
  • Tips for baking dent-free cakes every time
  • Baking 6 cupcakes: 3 vanilla sponge and 3 chocolate sponge
  • Piping techniques including shells, stars, swirls, roses and Russian piping
Everything you pick up here carries straight over to bigger cakes too, so you'll leave with plenty of skills to keep building on.
Hands-on throughout, you'll craft eye-catching designs you'll be proud to show off, building real confidence in your baking along the way. By the end of this feel-good session, you'll take home your own beautifully decorated cupcakes, plus the know-how to keep creating impressive treats long after class.
