Creative Enamelling Jewellery Workshop

This creative enamelling workshop in London explores the use of fine gold and silver foil and leaf on enamelled copper. Inspired by techniques widely used in Arts and Crafts enamelwork, you’ll learn how to introduce shimmer and depth beneath transparent enamels, creating rich, layered surfaces through colour and metallic effects.You’ll be guided through each stage with demonstrations and hands-on practice, building confidence as you work. No matter your starting point, there’s space to learn and develop your skills at your own pace -- no experience required.What to expect:

• Working on pre-prepared copper squares to create 3–4 finished enamel samples.
• Exploring the use of fine gold and silver foil and leaf within your designs.
• Preparing enamels for wet laying.
• Building layered, shimmering effects under transparent enamels.
• Demonstrations covering each stage of the process, from enamel application to adding foil and leaf.
• Hands-on making with one-to-one guidance throughout.
• Learning simple finishing techniques for your enamel squares.
