Countryside Candle Making Class with Lunch

Do you love the relaxing scent of a non-toxic, premium soy candle with a crackling wooden wick? Why not learn how you can make your very own to take away with you and enjoy.Join us at Lowick Village Hall, nestled in the countryside of Northamptonshire for our relaxed candle making workshop. In this creative and chilled-out class, you'll learn how to melt, mix and pour wax to create luxury DIY candles from scratch!Everything is set up and ready for when you arrive. We provide unlimited tea/coffee & water throughout the class. If you book for one of our evening classes, we include a glass of prosecco too! Food is included for our workshops hosted at Lowick Village Hall.During the day class at 11.30am - 2pm a scrumptious, individual afternoon tea box, filled with delightful, homemade treats is included, provided by the wonderful "Pinky's Pastries". During the evening class at 6.30pm - 9pm you are treated to hot buffet style food provided by the outstanding local restaurant from just across the road "The Snooty Fox". Your friendly teacher Kylie will guide you step-by-step throughout your journey and provide all the equipment and tools you will need, so don't worry if it's your first attempt at candle making, you will feel all of your worries melt away as you sit back and focus on getting creative and learning a new skill. Whether you deserve some self-care or are looking to treat a special someone with an experience gift, this workshop will leave you feeling calm and collected, with a beautiful candle to take home. Our candle making classes are the ideal way to light up your day and that's a fact!Everything you make on the day will be going home with you at the end of class. (no added postage costs)Detailed class itinerary:

• The workshop will start once we all get settled with a nice cuppa.
• Aprons on! And we then begin with a little introduction about KB and the art of candle making.
• Scents are then chosen and we get down to the fun making. You will make a luxury KB candle and a heart wax melt. There is also an option to play around with colouring your wax and blending fragrances.
• There is an interval where your creations have time to cure and your bellies have time to be fed.
• Once eating is finished, you have time to browse the shop stall if you wish, all attendees receive 10% off any purchases made on the day as a thank you for booking onto a class.
• We then de-mould your wax melts, snip your wicks and box up your beautiful creations.

We will then wrap up the class with a good old game of candle bingo!Additional information: A donation will be given to Germain Educational Foundation charity for Lowick Village Hall.We can bring the workshop to you with or without outside catering at a venue of your choice.
