Cosy + Snug host creative experiences for introverted extroverts. I’m Yasmin, the founder, a candle-making expert and former candle business owner, with a background in organising super-friendly, artistic social events since 2020.

Cosy + Snug is built around community, kindness and creativity, with the aim of tackling loneliness in the UK through monthly creative workshops and socials that bring people together in a relaxed, welcoming way.

Our most popular workshop is Candles + Cocktails — a candle-making workshop with a twist. You’ll create your own refillable candle jar using eco-friendly Jesmonite, choosing your colours and learning marbling techniques to achieve a polished, one-of-a-kind finish. Once your jar is sealed and cured, you’ll make a scented soy candle using premium fragrance oils and crackling wood wicks, making it a fully personalised experience from start to finish.

There's no need to wait weeks to collect your work; you'll take everything home with you on the same day. And if you fall in love with your candle, refills are available to purchase via our website.

Each workshop includes mini-games, music and thoughtfully planned opportunities to socialise. This is one workshop where you can embrace your child-like wonder — come alone and expect to make friends.
