Invite Lynn from Lynn’s Living Kitchen, a Raw Vegan Chef and passionate fermenter, to your kitchen or workplace and enjoy a deliciously hands-on workshop with your colleagues where desserts meet digestive health in the most beautiful way.
Perfect for team building. Lynn will provide all the ingredients, from nuts to different fruits, superfoods and flavourings so your cheesecake will be truly unique.
In this class, you’ll:
  • Learn how to make two versatile cheesecake bases that can be used not just for show-stopping desserts but also for snack bars and energy balls.
  • Create two mini cultured cheesecake jars of your own using a range of fresh fruits, spices, and superfood flavourings.
  • Watch a demo on how to make a quick and creamy chocolate cheesecake using tinned coconut milk—a perfect option for when you need something fast and fabulous.
  • Deepen your understanding of the microbiome—how it affects *every aspect* of your health and wellbeing, from mood to immunity to energy.
  • Discover the importance of soaking and sprouting nuts and seeds for improved digestion, nutrient absorption, and creating high-vibrational food.
To finish, we’ll sit down together and enjoy a generous slice of Lynn’s signature Forest Fruit Cheesecake, paired with a refreshing fizzy ferment.

Class Etiquette
  • Please arrive on time so we can begin together and make the most of the session.
  • No need to bring your food or drinks—refreshments and snacks will be provided.
  • The class is for up to 20 participants and may run slightly over time, especially if we’re engaged in
discussion or having fun. There’s no rush, so relax and enjoy the process.
Questions are encouraged throughout the class and after the magic has happened. If you’d like to
take notes, bring a pad and pen.
  • Children are welcome but must be accompanied by an adult.
  • Not suitable for pregnancy. The class involves an extended session standing up.

As I embrace my 65th trip around the sun, I live in the charming village of Laleham, UK, with my two adorable omnivores, Merlin and Mario.
As a Hippocrates Wellness (Florida) Lifestyle Medicine Coach and UK Ambassador and Raw Vegan Living Food Chef, my passion is the preparation of raw, living foods and their profound impact on mental and physical health. I teach fermentation and culturing classes, as well as how to incorporate raw living foods into everyday life, empowering others to experience their incredible benefits. I teach and consult both privately and for corporate team-building, helping individuals and organizations embrace healthier, high-vibrational living. I know this firsthand. In 2005, after a difficult relationship and bereavement, I suffered a complete mental breakdown, leading to early menopause. Hospitalized for 18 months, I was given countless medications that worsened my condition, causing my weight to soar from 8st to 13.5st. Yet, the real issue—my body’s imbalance—was ignored.
Abruptly taken off medication, I spiraled into a deeper crisis. A test revealed my adrenal glands had flatlined, disrupting my body's ability to heal. I took charge of my health, focusing on adrenal support, transitioning to a plant-based diet, practicing yoga and meditation, and using infrared saunas.
That was my turning point. Today, I’m thriving—happier, healthier, and drug-free for 15 years. What seemed like my lowest point became my greatest gift. My lifestyle truly became my medicine.
