What you'll do
A practical & specialist colour rendering workshop for interior design students and professional interior designers, led by interior illustrator & artist Natalie Arnold.This workshop focuses specifically on the art of colour rendering interior drawings. You won't need to construct the perspective or draw the interior from scratch — a prepared interior outline is provided, allowing you to concentrate entirely on developing your rendering skills. Working with markers and coloured pencils, Natalie will guide you through techniques for introducing tone, colour, materials, texture, pattern, light and shadow to bring an interior drawing to life, and represent an interior design scheme.The aim is to give you the confidence and practical skills to apply colour rendering techniques to your own interior illustrations, whether for your studies, portfolio or professional presentations.What you'll take awayDuring the session, you will aim to complete a colour-rendered interior drawing and develop a personal reference collection of rendered materials, finishes and textures in your Sketchbook.Suitable for: Interior design students and practising interior designers.No previous rendering experience is required.

Your teacher
Learn to draw, illustrate and sketch with experienced tutor and artist Natalie Arnold at one of her NA Workshops. She will be your drawing guide for the session!NA Workshops are engaging, calming, fun and educational. In her testimonials participants often comment on how much they have learned. For the beginner Natalie believes everyone can learn to draw and for the intermediate to advanced, there is always something more to learn or develop.Tuition is bespoke to the individual and using her expertise, the classes aim to guide you through various drawing & illustrative techniques, in an enjoyable and easy to understand way.NA Workshops are also available bespoke and on request. Natalie's skills have been brought in to add creative fun to social events, provide training to design practices and to connect creativity during team building workshops. Ultimately using drawing to promote wellbeing!Natalie is an artist and tutor based in London. After graduating in interior architecture BA Hons, she worked within the interior design industry, whilst also practising as an artist. She recently published an interior themed colouring book and is a specialist in interior illustration.
