We made four drinks following the guidance of our wonderful instructor, and had a welcome drink on arrival which was yummy What would have made this event 5-stars is if there were nibbles to go with the drinks to soak up the alcohol a bit, if the toilets were working (as we had to use the neighbouring pizzeria restaurant), have a bit more space as 4 to a workshop counter was a little bit of a squeeze, and if there was time to build our own cocktail!
