Christmas Crochet Decorations and Garland Workshop

Come and crochet a collection of colourful little Christmas decorations, perfect for turning into a festive garland or adding to handmade Christmas cards.In this fun festive workshop, you'll learn how to make simple crochet baubles, stars, and Christmas trees. They might look quite different, but they're all created using essentially the same crochet technique, so once you've got the idea, you can have fun experimenting with different shapes and colours.We'll show you how to turn your decorations into a garland, adding beads if you'd like a little extra detail, or you can use the individual motifs on Christmas cards, gift tags, or as little decorations in their own right.There probably won't be time to make a whole garland during the class, but you'll learn how to make each of the shapes and how to put them together, so you'll have everything you need to carry on at home. Make five, make twenty, match your Christmas colours, or use up every bright colour you can find.We keep our workshops small, for 1–8 people.
