It smelled like a spa when we walked in, the set up was gorgeous and our host was bubbly, fun and so helpful. All of our guests loved it and we will be back next year for another activity. We learned about essential oils and ingredients and techniques to make candles at home (if we wanted to). All around it was a lovely way to spend time as a group while getting some "downtime" from the Christmas-time crush

Emily comes across as warm and welcoming and is clearly passionate about what she does and this came across throughout the session. Questions were welcomed and answered in depth. The studio is a lovely relaxing space in Shoreditch. I thoroughly enjoyed my Sunday morning and would definitely book other classes.

Emily was very helpful and warm and very informative. The scents were beatiful and a wide variety. We will definitely be booking this again sometime next year.

Emily is a very accommodating host, there was no issue with adding additional person, though the table set up was missing that +1. Emily's candle shop smells fantastic, with all natural oils. My friends were excited to make their own candles, following clear instructions. The oils were already blended - blends available in Emily's shop, but we were still able to mix those ourselves. It was fun, but short.

The class was informative without feeling like she was giving us a hard sell - I'm quite surprised about how much I actually learnt. We made Xmas candles & I would have liked to have had a list of the emtions/feelings each combination of essential oils evoked, but this is purely because I'd forgotten most of the finer details by the time I got back home. In the meantime, my candle is lovely & I can't wait to light it. Thanks Emily & Merry Christmas!
