However the taste are great. Plus the presentation Simon guided us with. Made the dishes outstanding. Simon's knife skill is amazing too. We are looking forward to practice more to catch up with him in another class. The class is really encouraging us to cook more at home. We realised the fun behind cooking our own dishes. Recommend the class to everyone who needs inspiration in cooking. We will be back soon to learn more dishes.
