In this cheese virtual experience, you will learn how geography, seasons, and the cultures and milks, affect its delicate balance of flavours in this tasty food.
Your experienced teacher, Mandy, will help you find the best cheese ever. A special cheese you will never forget!

Your teacher

The Cheesemaking Workshop launched by Mandy Nolan inspired by an abiding passion for food and a love of cheese.
After life as an editor of several food magazines in Australia I am inspired by quick easy to prepare recipes and good fresh ingredients; my passion is to create delicious meals for friends and family. After attending a cheese making course overseas I tasted first hand the joys of eating freshly made cheese. It was simple to do, required minimum ingredients and tools, it pushed all the buttons for my style of food preparation. I knew that it would provide others with an entertaining day and a satisfying hobby.
Tasting, testing and writing about cheese is a natural extension of making cheese - I look forward to sharing my passion for all things cheesey.
