Looking for team building activities in London? Look no further than this colourful and mesmerising marbling craft workshop!
Marbling is a form of printmaking, that involves floating a rainbow of coloured inks on the surface of a water bath, creating beautiful shapes and patterns.
In this ceramic workshop, you will learn how to create stunning one-of-a-kind prints using traditional printmaking techniques. Exploring a range of different marbling techniques from across the world, including Japanese suminagashi and ebru marbling from Turkey.
Guided by Recess Living founder, Nina Elegba, you will learn how to mix your own marbling inks, paint on water and work intuitively to create beautiful abstract patterns to customise your collection of ceramic bud vases. Don't worry if this is your first time trying your hand at this exciting craft, as you'll be guided by Nina every step of the way!
This beautiful mindful session offers you the perfect way to decompress whilst having fun with your team. Get ready to marvel at your ceramic creations!

What to bring
Recess Living creative workshops are available to be held in your office, co-working space or event venues across the UK.
Please ensure your venue has the following:
  • Seating either boardroom style or bistro-style for all workshop.
  • 1 x demonstration table.
  • Access to your event space 45 -60 minutes prior to the workshop start time.
  • Please allow up to 30mins for de-rig.
Location

Your teacher can travel within 30 miles of Hackney, to a venue of your choice.
