- 3/5 from Adriana Dobre, attended Sep 2026: I wish I could leave a glowing review, but other than the lady running it being lovely, the actual craft was a complete letdown. The instruction was limited to a brief overview of the tray and basic mixing measurements, while vital technical steps like exact temperatures were completely skimmed over. This lack of depth really showed in the final product; because the technical side wasn't properly explained, my finished candle hasn't set well at all and has a very bumpy, uneven look compared to a store-bought one. The whole hands-on bit was done and dusted in about 30 minutes, leaving us just sitting around for the remaining hour of the workshop. While the casual chit-chat was pleasant, the fragrance selection was far too limited—which was chalked up to seasonal choices—and queries regarding the sourcing of the wax and oils were withheld, leaving a bit of a question mark over the quality. It's a fair enough casual activity to pass the time, but not if you actually want to learn the craft.

Deroju explained the theory behind making candles & the ingredients used. We smelt all the different fragrances & then made our own scented candle. Deroju was patient & made the experience enjoyable for myself & my niece. Highly recommend Victoria & me candle making class. Thank you Deroju for a wonderful afternoon

I highly recommend classes with Victoria & Me, a fun experience for all. She also sells her own candle blends made with all natural ingredients, using coconut wax as a base rather than soy or toxic blends.

Your teacher
Victoria and Me creates handmade wellness products made with raw natural ingredients. Our organic products are made from our studio here in London. Founded in 2022 by Deroju after needing candles that were clean and safe with calming scents shortly after the delivery of her daughter Victoria. Deroju who has a background in interior design and project management then went to create her first range of candles made with Coconut wax and with beautiful aesthetic in mind. Victoria and me has gone to create evoking coconut wax scented candles that are clean from soy and paraben. The brand also has a range of natural body and skincare all handmade with natural ingredients. We do a variety of activities such Popup events at John Lewis, Battersea Powerstation and Home shows. We are have our stock in wellness clinics and stores. We believe in teaching others from our wealth of experience and bringing some tranquil, knowledge and joy with our Wellness workshops.
