Hi, I’m Justyna — the heart behind Cake Me Over My journey into baking didn’t start in a glamorous kitchen or with formal training. It started during one of the most difficult chapters of my life. After losing my job during lockdown and navigating life as a single mum, I found myself searching for something — not just a way to earn a living, but a way to rebuild, to heal, and to feel like me again.Baking became that space.What began as a small creative escape in my kitchen quickly turned into something much bigger. I poured my emotions into every cake — and people could feel that. Orders started coming in, word spread, and before I knew it, Cake Me Over was born. Not just as a business, but as a symbol of resilience, growth, and starting over.I’m deeply passionate about what I do because it’s never just “cake.” Every piece I create tells a story — whether it’s a wedding, a birthday, or a personal milestone. I know what it means to rebuild your life from scratch, and that’s why I care so much about celebrating others and their moments.Teaching, for me, is an extension of that passion. I love creating a safe, joyful space where people can come, switch off from the outside world, and reconnect with their creativity. Whether someone has never held a piping bag or wants to refine their skills, I meet them exactly where they are — no pressure, just encouragement. Watching someone go from “I can’t do this” to “I actually made this!” is honestly one of the most rewarding feelings.Something people don’t always realise is that cake decorating isn’t just about technique — it’s about patience, confidence, and self-expression. And sometimes, it becomes therapy in disguise.Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of creating bespoke cakes for incredible celebrations, building a loyal community, and growing a brand from nothing but determination and heart. Every order, every workshop, every message from a happy customer reminds me why I started.I may not have followed a traditional path, but I’ve built something real — something rooted in authenticity, resilience, and love.
