Hi, my name is Lowenna, and I’m the face behind Stop Rock and Roll.I started painting rocks in 2018 as a mindfulness activity. Initially, it did cause some concern—conversations were starting with, “So, you’re painting rocks? Like actual stones? And then what are you doing with them?!...????Since then, I’ve created personalized designs on rocks/plaster stones, experimented with mandala dot painting, and branched into watercolor cards.I found dot painting the most relaxing and was always buzzing with how the end product looked. I’m now sharing that experience with people through dot painting workshops!
