Join Chef Tim Anderson, award-winning chef and author, for an immersive masterclass in the art of authentic Japanese ramen. Drawing on the techniques and recipes behind his celebrated ramen expertise, Tim will guide you through creating a double soup ginger shoyu ramen, inspired by the famous bowls of Asahikawa in Hokkaido.
In this hands-on class, you'll discover that great ramen is about far more than noodles and broth. Tim will break down the five essential elements that come together to create a truly exceptional bowl, sharing the techniques, tips and knowledge you can take home and recreate in your own kitchen.
Classes run with between 6 and 12 students, and every class involves knife skills, with the chefs on hand to answer any questions around ingredients or techniques along the way. Each student has their own chopping board and prep space, while cooking at the hob is done in pairs – a great chance to team up and learn together.

  • We recommend bringing some Tupperware along for taking home any leftovers.
