  • Plant-based menus available upon request

Allergy notice:
Common allergens may include soy, gluten, egg, sesame, and crustaceans. All can be adapted to your diet.
Location & setup
  • This is a fully mobile experience hosted at your office or chosen venue.
  • We will coordinate logistics in advance to ensure a smooth and professional setup.
  • We arrive 1 hour prior for preparation
  • Allow approximately 30 minutes post-event for clean-up
  • Suitable access to handwashing and cleaning facilities is required
  • Pre-event site assessment. A £100 non-refundable fee applies for a mandatory site assessment, conducted at least two weeks in advance to ensure compliance with food safety standards.
This fee will be deducted from your final balance if the booking proceeds.

  • A £100 non-refundable fee covers a pre-event site visit (or online walkthrough), required at least two weeks in advance for health and safety compliance. This fee is deductible from the final payment.

What to bring
At your site, please provide
  • Fridge to keep fresh ingredients safe.
  • Power sockets with 13amp for 3kw facilities to cook rice and other food in add-ons.
  • Washing basin to wash equipment and hands.
  • A nice and clean space, prefer 2 metre x 2 metre space for each person.
