What you'll do

- Your expert tutor, Jenny, will lead you through the process, starting with practice on paper before you progress to painting your bauble.

I'm Jenny, founder of Jenny Art and Yoga, and I run creative art workshops for individuals and teams who want to slow down, disconnect from their screens, and make something with their hands.My workshops are built around mandala dotting art, a technique that uses repetitive patterns and colour to create beautiful, intricate designs on objects like mugs, notebooks, and plant pots. No artistic experience is needed. The process is simple to pick up, deeply absorbing, and genuinely fun.During a difficult period in my life, I found myself turning to this practice, and I discovered how powerful it is to focus completely on something creative for an hour. It shifts your headspace in a way that very little else does.I now work with corporate teams, co-working spaces, and organisations who want a hands-on, sociable activity that also gives people a real chance to switch off. My sessions are relaxed, inclusive, and always leave people with something they are proud to take home.If you are looking for a team event, a wellbeing activity, or just a fun creative session, I would love to have you.
