Do I need any previous painting experience?
Not at all! The workshop is suitable for beginners as well as those with some painting experience. I’ll guide you step by step throughout the process.
Can I bring my own idea for a painting?
Yes! You can choose the canvas size that best suits your idea and the space you have in mind, from medium to large-scale works. I’ll advise you on suitable materials and canvas sizes before the workshop.

How many sessions will I need?
Each session lasts two hours. The number of sessions needed will depend on the size of your canvas, the techniques involved and the complexity of your artwork. We can assess your progress as we go and arrange additional sessions if needed.
Are materials included in the price?
Materials are not included in the workshop price. I do have some basic materials available in the studio that you may be able to use. Depending on your idea, canvas size and the techniques we’ll be exploring, I’ll let you know what additional materials you’ll need to purchase before the session.

My name is Ana, and I have been painting since I was 17 years old. Through art, I found a way to express myself when words are not enough, especially in moments when I don’t fully understand how I feel. I am originally from Mexico and moved to the UK to study a Master’s degree in Painting. I have been living here for the past four and a half years.I hope to share the love I have for painting with others. I truly believe that art can be healing and can help us connect more deeply with ourselves, and I’m happy to share my creative process with anyone who wishes to learn. I have experience teaching both in Mexico and in London.
