What you'll do
Get into the festive spirit by making a unique DIY Christmas decoration that you can use year after year! If you're on the hunt for Christmassy things to do in Manchester's surrounding areas, this Altrincham workshop is perfect.
Alongside your experienced wreath maker, you will learn all about the textile art of felt construction. Even crafting beginners can dive in and start making their wreaths with ease. You have full creative charge, but your teacher is there to give advice and help you come up with wreath ideas.
You will choose a colour palette that matches your Christmas decor so your handmade wreath fits in seamlessly. Just pop it up on any wall, shelf, or door and you're house is all decked up ready for Santa.
All the art supplies you need are provided as well as plenty of Christmas snacks and mulled wine to keep you full of holiday cheer.
Please note: The workshop can also be suitable for older children when accompanied by an adult. Please ask your teacher for more information.
