Choose your preferred envelope shape/ size, then roll out the clay evenly to prepare your piece.
Cut Out Your Envelope Shape
Use your chosen template as a guide to carefully cut the clay into the correct shape.
Fold and Personalise Your Envelope
Fold the clay to form your envelope, then decorate it with pattern stamps, botanical impressions, or a combination of both.
Add Colour with Underglaze
Bring your design to life by painting your envelope with your choice of colourful underglazes.
Receive Your Finished Ceramic Piece
Your creation will be professionally kiln-fired and ready in approximately 3–4 weeks, either for collection in Leeds or delivery to your address.

There were only two of us in the class, which made it feel relaxed and personal. Kiu was lovely and explained everything clearly, from shaping and putting the envelope together to the different techniques, colours and finishes we could use. The studio was clean and ready for us, and we had a lovely view on a sunny Saturday morning. Parking is a little limited and the workshop stairs are on the far right, but we had no issues finding the place. We had such a fun and creative morning and are really looking forward to receiving our finished envelopes in 4–5 weeks. Would definitely recommend this workshop!
