How can we help?
Q: When will my artwork be ready?
Artworks are generally ready for collection or delivery within 2-3 weeks of the workshop. If you have made a particularly large or heavy work, we may extend this a little to accommodate drying. We will email you when it is ready to collect and give you the option of paying a little extra for delivery too. Collection hours vary with the week and so will be attached in the email.
Q: Can you deliver?
Yes we can, however delivery is not included in the class price as we have to cover costs for packaging and postage. We do our best to make your artwork as safe as possible, and keep costs low, but we generally suggest you come and collect your work as it is the safest way of transporting your artwork, and of course, free too!
Q: The course is 3 hours. Do i have to stay the entire duration?
We recommend 3 hours to give you ample time to bring your idea to creation, but you are welcome to leave whenever you'd like!
Q: What's the cancellation policy?
