3 hours Class size 5 to 50     label £45

Join us for a delightful and relaxing afternoon of calm creativity and connection at The Correll Kitchen.

The Correll Kitchen is the welcoming family home of two inspirational founders who believe in the power of creativity to build meaningful connections and find calm. It's a place where we open our doors on evenings and weekends to share these skills and values with you. At the heart of each event lies a captivating creative activity, offering participants the chance to acquire new skills while getting to know fellow attendees.

THE CREATIVITY:
Get ready to unleash your inner child to create a whimsical and adorable stuffed sock monster!

We provide all the materials and guidance you need to transform old, colourful socks into charming stuffed creatures. Whether you're a seasoned crafter or a beginner, you'll learn or enhance your hand-stitching techniques to create adorable stuffed animals using old colourful socks. There is nothing off limits to inject your creativity giving these guys a unique personality.

Upcycling: Have colourful socks that are no longer in use or ones with holes? Bring them along to upcycle into your very own sock monster or contribute to our sustainable supply of materials!

THE CALM:
Crafting and creativity are just one part of our gathering.

Creative activities are a great way to focus your mind and escape from everyday stresses. To maximise the mental health effects of creating, every Correll Kitchen event commences with a serene session of guided meditation, breathwork, or gentle stretching. When the weather invites us, these activities will take place in our garden. Nature is a serene escape where you are invited to relax among the plants, savour freshly picked snacks, or bask in the warmth of our fire pit.

THE COMMUNITY:
It is our belief that food is central to building community. The hosts curate a delectable seasonal meal of small plates, fresh bread and local produce, complemented by a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Part of the Correll Kitchen’s community are two dogs; a small Dachshund and a Dalmatian. They are both filled with personality and will want to meet you, investigate what you're doing, and politely (and sometimes not so politely) ask for a treat.

THE DETAILS:
Come solo or bring a friend, and let's craft, chat, and create lasting memories together. Don't miss out on this unique opportunity to make your very own sock monsters and share in the joy of crafting with a wonderful community.

We have 2 four-legged furry ones that are part of the Correll Kitchen family. A full-of-personality dachshund and a thinks-with-his-stomach dalmatian. They love coming to say hello and get as much attention as possible.

If there are any questions or concerns related to the dogs, the workshops, travel or anything else, please just message :-)

We can't wait to welcome you to The Correll Kitchen!
