Whether you're starting with a blank canvas or looking to transform an established garden, this one-day workshop will help you see your outdoor space with fresh eyes.

Drawing on years of experience creating beautiful, liveable gardens and talking to some of the UK's leading designers and plantspeople, Sarah will guide you through the principles of designing gardens that are both personal and sustainable.
Focusing on London's unique microclimate and the opportunities that urban gardens present, you'll learn how to assess your own space, make confident planting choices and develop a clear vision for your garden.

Walworth Garden is a sustainable gardening, wellbeing, and education charity based in South London. We have been offering transformational learning opportunities for over 30 years, including a range of workshops designed to connect people to nature.
We are experts in supporting wildlife, growing biodiversity, and living sustainably, and share our progressive approaches in our well-loved workshop sessions, where all profits support our essential charitable work. This includes gardening therapy for those facing barriers to accessing mental health support, and City & Guilds accredited Level 2 Environmental Gardening training programmes that support entry into sustainable jobs, particularly for those historically excluded from the horticulture industry.
We welcome visitors to our thriving community garden and Plant Centre 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
