In such cases, we're happy to transfer your group to another available session or provide a full refund, minus a £5 booking fee per participant. Please understand that due to fixed class schedules and full capacity, we're unable to accommodate makeup sessions for non-attendance or lateness. Refunds are available under the following conditions: if requested 20 days or more before the start date, a full refund minus a £5 booking fee per participant will be provided; between 20 and 10 days prior, a 50% refund minus the £5 fee per participant will be issued; however, no refunds will be provided within 10 days of the start date or once the session begins. We appreciate your understanding. Aprons are provided for all participants, and children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.Please allow up to 4 weeks for your group's pieces to be ready for collection, although we aim to complete glazing as promptly as possible.
