During this fun and informative online class, your experienced teacher, Ben, will tell you all of his amazing cheese and beer stories. He will teach you about the complex flavours of beer and cheese and why he thinks they are the best combination. You'll also pick up a bit of knowledge about the brewing and cheese-making process.
This tasting session features the best cheese and best beers from around Britain. Each item on the menu comes from British artisans and microbreweries from Scotland to Cornwall which helps supports small businesses — maybe you'll find a new favourite among these hidden gems.
