Join our Brioche workshop and learn the techniques behind our exclusive products and our number one most popular item: the 'Brionut'. From mixing and kneading the enriched, buttery dough to shaping and baking, you’ll master every step of the process.
Perfect your skills to create a soft, golden brioche with its signature light and airy texture, as well as making a variety of fillings for them, from pistachio cream to orange blossom crème. This hands-on class is ideal for learning how we make our brioche and trying something completely unique.
Total course time: 3 hours
Allergens: dairy, gluten, egg, nuts
Our lesson is vegetarian, halal, and alcohol-free. All products may contain traces of nuts, sesame seeds, gluten, milk, eggs, mustard, and soya.
