  • 5/5 from Brian Reynolds, attended Jun 2025: Completed the breadboard making class today was bought by my wife as part of my birthday gift. Really enjoyed the course. Every step was expertly explained to the point everyone was comfortable and confident using the major power tools mitre saws belt and disc sanders and the ones I was dreading the router table and hand routers. But with the expert tuition from Richard felt confident and safe using. Learnt a lot of woodworking technical bits as well as in how to avoid the boards cupping and glue up techniques. I have also done the wildwood bench course which I can also highly recommend doing. Thank you Richard for such a great day. The rest of the pupils and myself could not find anything that could have been improved on the course today.

Honestly I cannot recommend this class enough especially for beginners in this space like me!

He explained the tools and safety really well and then let us loose to create our own unique breadboard and play around to learn the new skills. The final piece looks amazing but I really regret not upgrading to the larger size breadboard. Would 100% recommend - whether as a gift or for yourself.

Richard was a fantastic teacher and had structured the class brilliantly with very little dead time. I really liked the way he showed us all of the available machinery and left us to it unless we needed help and the product at the end was something I'm really happy with. I'd definitely book again on future courses.
