Join me for two creative hours discovering the beautiful art of traditional block printing in a relaxed, hands-on workshop in London.
Using a selection of traditional hand-carved wooden printing blocks and colourful fabric inks, you'll learn how to build patterns, combine colours and create your own designs on fabric. I'll guide you through the process, from choosing your blocks and colours to practising your pattern before printing your finished pieces.
Each participant will print their own tote bag AND pencil case to take home. All materials and equipment are included, so you simply need to come ready to create.
This workshop is designed to be enjoyed together. Come with your child, a family member or a friend. Adults are also very welcome to book together, so you do not need to be attending with a child.
No previous block printing experience is needed. You'll have time to experiment with the blocks and inks, learn the printing process and enjoy creating something completely individual.
Important information for families:
Children must be aged 10 or above and must attend with a participating adult.
Parents and adults accompanying children are participants too and must book and pay for their own place. The adult will take part in the workshop alongside the child rather than attending only as a spectator.
For example, one adult attending with one child requires two paid participant places. Both will take part in the workshop, and each person will print their own tote bag and their own pencil case to take home.
All materials and equipment are provided, along with light refreshments.

  • Clothing you don’t mind getting a little ink on (we provide aprons)
  • Children aged 10+ must be accompanied by an adult
  • A curious, creative attitude!
Suitable for

This class is great for individuals and couples as well as for a date idea, birthday or hen do.

Suitable for adults, and kids (minimum 10 years old).

An adult must accompany any attending kids, and must pay for a separate ticket.
