Sara is a multidisciplinary artist and certified yoga teacher, with a strong foundation in gymnastics and contemporary dance. Since 2008, she has been exploring the interplay between yoga and art, where each discipline continuously influences and enriches the other. Sara began her dedicated yoga practice in 2018, and in 2024, she earned her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Qualification through MoreYoga in London, under the guidance of Joshua LeClair and Erika Shapiro. She currently teaches private sessions as well as group classes at MoreYoga, bringing a unique, creative, and movement-based approach to her teaching.
Sara teaches dynamic Vinyasa Flow classes, offering modifications to accommodate all levels ofexperience. She guides students on a playful but serious journey to themselves, combining the physicalintensity of a workout with the mental and emotional elevation of yoga, ultimately helping her studentsunlock their full potential — both in body and mind.
